Meet our Owner, Stanley Yansick

Stanley Yansick is a resident of Willingboro, New Jersey. He
began his career as a home inspector in 1995. Since then, he
has inspected over 5,000 homes throughout the Delaware Valley.
He is one of the most successful home inspectors in the area.
He measures his success by the satisfaction of his clients.
His ability to deliver information in a clear and understandable
manner, along with his professionalism and knowledge are just

To date,
the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware do not issue Home Inspector
licenses.
The Pennsylvania Legislature requires
that the home inspector be a full member of a nationally
recognized
not for profit organization that requires 100 or more home
inspections to be a member
and pass an exam. Stanley has been
a member of ASHI since 1998. He meets/exceeds this requirement.
The Delaware Legislature has no licensing requirements.
